All of our homes are privately owned and located in good quality residential areas. Clients who choose to rent one of our homes are on a self-catering vacation and should understand that they will not be staying in a hotel style environment. Full time residents will in most cases occupy adjoining homes and we ask that you respect their privacy. The style content and design of each property will vary but in all cases will be in good condition, clean and well equipped for your vacation. The west facing, fully screened decking area contains a covered lanai and the private swimming pool (25' x 12'). The deck furniture consists of 6 upright luxury padded chairs and table with 2 matching sun loungers. There are ample pool towels and a Gas BBQ for al fresco cooking. The rear of this villa is secluded and overlooks a beautiful waterway.
